Note from James Wild: We had some requests to put the meditations from the 33 Steps title on the one product - great idea and voila!. As well as the three Crystal Cave meditations I have included the discussion by Stuart on the dimension of theta and the Super Self Meditation. Just to reiterate - these meditations can be found on the title 33 Steps Beyond the Earth Plane - so if you have this product then you will already have the tracks. However I did edit them - basically extended the meditations by padding them out giving what I feel is a better pace - more room and therefore time for the various exercises.
