MP3 Downloads FAQ
Here are some FAQs to help you out with your downloads.

How/When do I get my MP3 downloads that I have ordered? Within 10 mins of paying for your order, you receive an email with your link to your downloads.
I would like to order the MP3 downloads but am not very internet savvy – is it easy to do? Have no concern - it is generally an easy thing to do. You receive an email with links to your downloads and then just follow the instructions.
I have an Android device. Can I order and download the files? Yes you can.
I have an Apple iOS device. Can I order and download the files? Yes but you will need the Files App to be able to download your files. If you don't already have the Files App you can get it HERE. For instructions on how to use the Files App - GO HERE
What format do my download files come in? We use MP3s stored in a .zip folder. Full instructions on how to extract your MP3 files.
What is a zip folder? A .zip folder contains one or more compressed files - in this case your MP3 audio files.
Can I download the files more than once? You have the option to download the files 5 times.
For how long are my downloads available? Forever.
I have lost my files that I downloaded some time ago - what do I do? Contact us and we will resend them to you.
I have not received an email with my link. Once you order it can take up to 10 mins to propagate an email with the link. If after that time you still have not received an email please contact us.
I click on the link to get my download and nothing happens - I get a note that says "... links have expired" There is an expiry date on the downloads (see above). In these cases you will need to contact us so we can reactivate your order.
I can't find the file I downloaded on my computer. Ok - some computers are set up differently but mostly the zip file (it's icon looks like a folder) would be downloaded into the "Downloads" folder on both PC and MAC. If you have trouble finding it you can do a search for the file by typing in part or all of the title in the find or search box.
I have located my Zip file (folder) on my computer. I click on it and nothing happens. It is possible that you do not have a Zip program to unzip the folder (especially if you run Windows XP or earlier) In this case please contact us.
