Note from James Wild: The aroma of coffee is one of the great delights of the senses. I put this audio together because of a fascination with the story of coffee - from it's beginings in Africa 1000 years ago to the present day and it's effect on humanity over that time. I also believe that caffeine has been unjustly branded as some sort of evil drug, yet if you do your research you will find that it has a great many health benefits. There is a lot of information here - around a 70 minute chat. I hope you like it.
"This is like everything you always wanted to know about coffee but too afraid to ask. I have always liked coffee but never knew much about it until now. Thanks James." Nigel, email, Australia
"Very informative. I particularly liked all about the history which is fascinating. And a good balance with the health aspects. Nice one." Liam, email, UK
"Another discussion by James that is packed full of information so thanks Quiet Earth for making this available. Cheers." Shelley, email, Australia
