Note from James Wild: This is my first audio on Mindfulness Meditation being quite different from my previous meditation titles. Many years ago I was drawn to the idea of Mindfulness practice and it's now something that I like to incorporate daily into my life. With these two tracks you will not only develop a good understanding of Mindfulness practice, but also create your own Mindfulness Meditation.
